Any halal/muslim meat market
They also sell it at Mexican meat markets like La Michoacana, which are everywhere. No need to pay Phoenicia's high meat prices.

I know that there are Pakistani grocers in Sugar Land that sell goat meat.

phonecia is very expensive and not good quality meat. Try Middle Eastern Halal supermarket, cheaper and better quality. Address: 11701 Fuqua St, Houston, TX 77034

Also try Jerusalem Halal on Hillcroft, cheaper than Phonecia and better quality, but more expensive the Middle Eastern and more crowded.

I think, Phoenicia meat prices are actually very reasonable.

well then the one on fuqua will make you think differently about what reasonable prices mean. Ive been to many different halal places, including on sugar land. phonecia is the most expensive of any one i have ever been to.
