Hi All,

I'm being transferred by my company to Denver, CO. I just got my townhouse listed and wondered if anyone is interested or knows anyone looking to buy in Westchase area. It's a very walkable area with lots of stores and restaurants, etc. Close by is Whole Foods, Randalls, Target, Lowes, Walmart, HEB, Kohls, Taco Cabana, Dimassi's, P.F. Changs, Jason's Deli, Le Viet, Benihanna, Rock Fish, Baskin Robbins, etc. They are also opening a Sprouts!!

Also, if anyone has recommendations on where I can post a flyer I would greatly appreciate it!

Here it is:

2951 Meadowglen Crest, Houston, TX 77082 - HAR.com

Thanks again and any help is greatly appreciated!!

Default Are you sure?

Are you sure you want to leave this paradise which is Houston and instead move to the cooler weather surrounded by beautiful mountains, forests and trails?

Not to mention the entertainment of shoveling snow, putting on chains, having highways shut down after blizzards, lakes that you can't swim in for 8 months out of the year, less restaurants, less museums, lower quality performing arts.....

But on a serious note, it will be nice having those mountains as a backdrop, day-trips skiing and hiking, not to mention all the other activities that Houston doesn't provide.

Even though I just ate lunch, I'm now drooling thinking about having a bison ribeye at Ted's Montana down at Larimer Square. Yummy!!! If you haven't had it. Go there, sit outside, order a beer and eat that bison ribeye while people watching.

Denver is awesome, one of the best cities I have ever been in! I would be there now if it wasn't for the cold, that will be horrible for you on your first season. Good luck with the sale, I know a couple of people wanting to come to the area so I will send them the link.

Tks very much for passing along my info. I would appreciate anyone being able to do that for me.

Re: cold - I'm originally from RI but have lived in Houston for over 30 years. I visited Denver the 3rd week of April and it snowed the whole day that I arrived. But, there was no snow on the ground the next day! The snow is very different because of where it's located and the dryness of the air I think. I'm planning on not shovelling snow by living in an apartment and not driving in it by living close enough to the office to be able to take public transportation....which is everywhere there.

BTW - the office is in a wonderful location!! Right on the 16th St. Pedestrian Mall!! Hopefully, I'll be able to do some walking and people watching at lunch.

Anyone have any recommendations on posting a flyer? Doesn't necessarily need to be online.

tks

Houston is great, and you'll be leaving a great place, but you're also leaving the Humidity, bugs, and traffic. It's actually not that cold here. It only gets cold here for 5 months of the year. Even then it's not consistent cold like in the North. Message me if you need any info
