Greenway Plaza, a massive 10-building office complex in the heart of Houston, is being sold in a $1.1 billion deal that includes a skyscraper in Fort Worth.
The buyer is Cousins Properties, a large Atlanta real estate firm that has been making a number of investments in Texas over the last year.

What I like is the occupancy rate in Greenway plaza is 92%

its a hollow building, kinda like a mall so my view is an escalator. like a mall, we have many of those and are usually under repair

Damn. The Chrysler Building was only $800M - of course they didn't throw in a Dallas skyscraper.

Just looked up Lakewood's buy - $7.5M.

It sounds reasonable. Didn't a building in downtown go for 400mil not long ago?

I thought Lakewood was leasing the Summit. That place prints money. I wish we taxed them. Non-profits are so abused.
