GreenwayPlaza.com Share Tweet EMail Pin Greenway Plaza , a massive 10-building office complex in the heart of Houston, is being sold in a $1.1 billion deal that includes a skyscraper in Fort Worth.
The buyer is
Cousins Properties , a large Atlanta real estate firm that has been making a number of investments in Texas over the last year.
What I like is the occupancy rate in Greenway plaza is 92%

its a hollow building, kinda like a mall so my view is an escalator. like a mall, we have many of those and are usually under repair
