I was very interested in Sedona Lakes due to the no mud tax where as living in any new part of Pearland you are paying mid 3's which is highway robbery

When they start building up Sedona Lakes, do you think they will vote in a new MUD so people can get paid to do nothing or contract out cement lots

the house prices are higher, but you save in the long run as long as tax stays low 2.23 or whatever vs 3.56

In my experience, a MUD is usually already in place before a new subdivision like Sedona starts selling houses. I think it's rare for one to be created for a subdivision later. I have never heard of that happening. But I could be wrong.

Default Sedona Lakes

Sedona Lakes DOES have a MUD. Our tax rate in this subdivision is about 3.5. They are currently just opening phase II of development with Highland and JPatrick building on 60 ft lots and in several months, Coventry and Trendmaker will build on 70's with another builder coming in to build on 80's.

Hi, We are first time home buyers and we are close to buying a house either in Sedona Lakes or Pomona. Any inputs or tips on which builder is better. We are aiming for around 350K home and we have a 5 yr old with learning issues, so we have concerns about the school as well.
Thanks
