I inevitably get the best answers to my homeowner dilemmas here, so I'm back! This time with a sprinkler issue.

One of the zones in my system has very low pressure. The sprinklers (all of them in that zone) just kinda bubble when the zone is turned on by the controller. When I manually turn the valve on, half of the sprinkler heads in that zone have great pressure, the remaining don't come on at all. All other zones are working great. Currently, I think the diaphragm and solenoid may need to be changed for the valve in question. I think I need a Rainbird 100DV valve. My plan is to use the new valve to replace the filters, screens, diaphragm, and solenoid in the old one. The price of a solenoid and diaphragm is more than buying a whole new valve and using the parts I need.

I found a few supply houses in NW Houston, but they are a bit of a trek from Pearland, so I was hoping to find a place to buy a new valve from that was closer. I guess i could order online, but i was hoping to be able to fix my sprinkler issue this weekend, and don't want to wait for it to come in the mail.

Thanks!
