Couldn't agree more! Never did understand that. It causes so many issues in the mornings.

As an observer of TxDot for more years than I care to count, the person they put in charge of Houston has never been their brightest.

Heard the other day that there will be a connection of Gessner and Cutten south of the mall. Still trying to figure out the route.

In Cypress Creek lakes, no. In the Cypress area in general, absolutely.
There are currently 5 houses under $250k in Cypress Creek lakes on HAR.com starting at $232,500. There are plenty of decent slightly older neighborhoods in the surrounding area where your money would go a lot further. You pay a premium on the bigger MPC's such as Towne Lake, Bridgeland and Cypress Creek Lakes.

Probably nothing under $200, but there are a few in the $200-$250 range. Most homes are in the high $200's up to $500's. We would love to move out that way after our youngest two are in college. We plan to downsize and get a one story then.

Some of the neighborhoods off Barker Cypress are in the sub $200k range, such as Riata Ranch and the surrounding areas.

We live in Sydney harbour and love it! Very beautiful view from kitchen, living room and master! We have never had a problem at all with Mosquitos. I know this because i grew up in the south part of houston where its terrible! We have lived here for about 5 years and looking to move into a larger community, Bridgeland, for the ammenities and want a larger lot to have more space with our growing family. I know we will not find a beautiful view like this though
