We went out to take a look at a new subdivision in North Kingwood, built by LGI homes. We are thinking about buying a new home from them. Does anybody have any experience in dealing with them? We got a very positive feeling from our visit.

Just be aware that despite the name N Kingwood Forest is not part of Kingwood and you can not get a K sticker or use any Kingwood amenities. Also you are way in the back and the builders are low end there so don't expect any appreciation for resale.
