Hello,

We are considering to move next year. And till yet I am considering to buy a house and I have narrow down these three places . I am a Pakistani national but have been living in LA for past 6 years. We live Santa Monica here. So which place will be better for us in your opinion. I have a photography business and my husband will probably working in Downtown. 2 kids in elementary and middle school.
Another question is what price range should be kept in mind for buying the house that probably has 3 beds and 2 bath. Please give your opinion about these 3 places which one is better.
Thank you

Of those, Sugar Land.
It's a little closer to downtown than Cypress or Spring, also closer to other areas of interest in Houston such as the Museums and Galleria area, and has zoning and other aesthetic restrictions unlike the other two (which are mostly unincorporated areas with no zoning or signage restrictions outside of the masterplanned communities.)
Prices vary by neighborhood.

Sugarland has a stronger Indian/Paki community, you might feel better in that regard.
all three have pros and cons. Spring and cypress will have more affordable housing, however Spring might jump up on par real quick as Exxon finishes out it's new campus.

Well, I was thinking that we should move to Houston by February and stay in the apartment just to find out what areas will be good. I heard sugar land is really expensive as compared to Cypress and spring.
