WAY TO GO HOUSTON!!!

As a former resident of the city, I can say that it is very reasonable as far as cost of living goes. And in these tight times with gas at $3 plus a gallon, thats what is going to matter to alot of people.
If they ever did a survey on city pride I think Houston would rank #1. Wasn't there an ad campaign in the 80s-90s called HOUSTON PROUD? Although I live in Dallas, and sometimes disagree with Houstonians on their city, I like Houston......I wouldnt ever live there again, but I always enjoy visiting there.

madam poster, maybe you should correct the title the criteria was cheapness, maybe city with less R&R expenses
