Have you had a problem of freshness with products from Sysco in the past? I'm still not catching the issue here.

Also, keep in mind that Sysco has different "levels" of food. They will have their Sysco brand sirloins for places on par with Chili's while their Freedman Meats section of Sysco will serve aged beef to the high-end steak houses.
