In addition to the performing arts center, my understanding is that Fluor and Texas Instruments are expanding in that area. While there will probably be some big box retail (see Costo, although it was done rather nicely), I think it will mostly be a step above that, albeit probably not another Town square type development... there's only so much of a market for that in the suburbs. I think some of what's going on there is making Greatwood and New Territory more attractive. Things other than residential expanding out that way is making it a better location.
