I had rear speakers in my media room, and had them calibrated. Also got our tv tuned to just the right blackness levels.

Formal Dining Room is a wasted space for me...

I prefer to have a Bigger Media Room ....my current room is small 15'X18'

This Room loaded with
Gears : Onkyo 3007 , PS3 , Xbox 360, Samsung Blu Ray, Laptop , 27" Monitor, Western digital, Central Remote Station - All are in Closet 20' away from Media Room
Equipments: Panny 4000U, Axxiom Audio M60 + VP180 + M22's , ED 850 , 9.2 wiring , 7.1 Setup
Lighting : Grafik eye 6 Zone light control
DIY - Screen with Kitchen Laminate

I wish I really have another 8-10' to have small lounge setup inside...but no...

VERY nice indeed. I'm jealous.

I'm curious, did you decide to do the laminate (I'm guessing Wilson Art Designer White D354) from the thread over at AVSforum utilizing the 80/20 framing?

es Sir...thats correct , Unbelievable viewing experience with $280 Screen - compared to some expensive screen upto $800. It wont match super quality screens, but Well worth it...

...whole project is DIY except Carpet and Breaker Wiring...

I'll have to say, that looks like a great home theater. Double kudos for DIY.

I'd love to have a 15' x 18' HT. You may consider that small, but I consider that good size for any home that's essentially not a mansion or have a huge basement ready for conversion.

Did you put transducers in the seats? If you haven't done so, you may want to consider it. Here is one of several threads about them: Aura Pro Bass Shakers In Berkline 13175s (pix and details) As far as bang for the buck, it's one of the best purchases I've made for my HT.
