On the site map it looks like there are plans for a 123,000 sq ft. grocery store with a gas station. I'm guessing its either HEB or Kroger. If I had to guess, I think it would be a Kroger. HEB at Katy Main street is about a mile away and they are building a new HEB off of FM 1463 and Cinco Ranch Blvd. (possible opening 2015).

Does anybody have any more information on this? It looks to be an interesting commercial development.

I'd love to see a Half-Price books or a Barnes and Noble around the 1463 area.

Ive always felt bad for those nice ranchettes along the north side of FM1463 in that area.
they went from a nice quiet street to what might as well be in the middle of the freeway...

At 123k sq ft it will be a Kroger. The new Kroger Marketplace concept is that size. They just opened one in Kingwood last week and have a few more already under construction.

Confirmed. This will be a Kroger Marketplace as the previous poster has stated above. Opening TBD... (I imagine sometime late 2014, early 2015).

I don't believe it is. I went down Katy Flewellyn yesterday and did not see where Spring Green would cross.

An HEB is being built on 1463 over closer to CCR/Cinco Ranch Blvd or so I have been told.

No, Spring Green Blvd is not yet complete all the way to 1093. It ends in the subdivision of "Avalon at Spring Green" and starts up again at the corner of Hawks Landing and Silver Ranch Subdivisions. I would day there is about 2-3 miles more of road to be built.
