That list is highly skewed. Zip codes are weak when being used to define wealth. It's the pockets that show true wealth since some zip codes include more diversification of socioeconomic classes. The fact that Katy is ranked higher than River Oaks and River Oaks has a $90k median should tell you this list has too many caveats to make it a true list of "smart and rich."

Yeah they left out River Oaks, left out the Energy Corridor zip that ranks 99% and left out the Clear Lake zip that ranks 98%. Flawed map, crappy reporting. Expect anything more.from a dyimg rag?

But overall you get the gist... They are the top 10 areas everyone in here recommends.
