Strip clubs should be banned for the good of the city. Who the heck goes to them anyway??
They create urban blight.

How does a strip club create urban blight? If you don't like a strip club, be like me and don't go to them.

By making the surrounding area undesireable and seedy. They're magnets for crime and they lower property values. Do you want one in your neighborhood?

Or do they belong in someone else's neighborhood?

Here's Why You Really Don't Want a Strip Club Next Door

I have just spent the last few months in Irving Texas, and I was surprised at how many rules they have there. I will give you an example. Just last week I set her garbage out around 4 in the afternoon so it could be picked up the next morning. I had to go run an errand, when I got back about an hour later there was a warning ticket on her door telling us not to take trash out until after 6 PM.

Don't even get me started about our trip to the city landfill...LOL

The whole deal with money changing hands yearly looks pretty shady to me. Limits on years of operation based on prior history. Limiting who can and who cannot operate said business. Is it really about the boobies? Or is it really about the money?

For the record I agree with Oildog.
wouldnt this be an issue of liberalism tho? The right is usually overly religious which meams they wouldnt like places like this.
