Grand Parkway between I-10 and Highway 290 Opens Next Week | Covering Katy

The Grand Parkway section between I-10 and 290 is supposed to open next week. I can't wait for them to make it from 290 to I-45, that's going to be a dream come true when it comes time to head to San Antonio.

It's good to see some real progress being made in the Houston area, sometimes it seems like we're in a state of perpetual construction.

Sweet! I'm very happy about it. Getting to Katy from Cypress is a pain at present and this will help immensely.

Yeah, that's funny ... they already have it listed on the map. Maybe they can update streetview with the gas station they've completed.

Yeah thats the only one. So now there will be five of them in the Houston Metro. I think one more in Clear Lake/League City (maybe Woodlands?) might make sense. But otherwise I think more costco's in the area wont make sense.
