Ha, I was at Lights in the Heights last night. Was so much fun. I love the Heights. It will probably be the next neighborhood I live in.

I know of people buying up property now in the 3rd ward, so it may not be too far off that we see more gentrifying, Midtown is pretty much all brought out and people are looking for deals.

Economic growth means change, and always has winners and losers. I am sure there are dozens who moved-in this past month who think everything is perfect and this is where the growth should stop....

I think all the change has made it much better. I don't see the problem with old crappy bungalows being torn down and beautiful new houses being put up. Heights has deed restrictions. You can't just put up anything. All the new bars and restaurants are great. There is lots of money moving into the area. I know many don't like gentrification. I love it!
