Take note that the Bayou Shadows location does not have a garage.

There was a house at the other end of Barryknoll, down in the cul-de-sac in Memorial Hollow. It was less than $700K and stayed on the market for what seemed like a long time. I could have sworn the sign was still in the front yard when I went by there this past weekend. For some reason the listing isn't on HAR anymore. Let me check it out and I will send you an IM.

Do you have until August to find a place? If so, I think you'll find something before then.

In Nottingham West, west of Kirkwood, north of Memorial houses sell for $275K and are torn down, and a new built house and is sold for around $750K. Example: 14026 Pinerock, look at the houses on either side. In ten years, the entire Nottingham West lot values will have doubled from current.

Today in Texas cities the old thought is most relevant, the location of the lot itself is what has the value in the in-fill market.

Lol Toy. One way to look at it is, the "at all costs, must have 024" mentality has saved 079 for decades... and kept it the jewel box it is. However...unfortunately...I do see it swinging towards the darkside lately. ..at all costs.... Great for property values, but not for that special feel we get over here. Too many people who will want to change it, demand it changes for them, etc. just ask long time residents in The Villages. They know the drill

Things always change.
