Anybody have information they can share on these condos? Located at 9000 Bissonet. Might have an opening thru a friend and wanted to know more about the area other than what they have said and doing a drive thru the area. Heard they are basically on an island in a somewhat isolated area.

You can take a look on Google Streetview to get a feel for the area, too. I did a search on Google and there's a condo for sale for about $37K (large 2-BR). So the area is affordable. If you're interested, be sure to examine the finances of the complex and don't get into a situation where you could be subject to a large special assessment for major repairs to the complex. That's just general advice that goes for any condo complex.

I guess if it's 30k or so then that's a cheap price but id pay more (no more than 80) for a place in a better/safer area with more popular hangout and locations near by.
