I can tell you everyone has a problem with their provider and hates them all. My parents have switched from comcast to ATT to comcast to ATT to comcast. They are about the same in quality. I have had comcast for over a decade. I really have not had much trouble with them. I mean it is a rip off in price. Once you intro first year is done they bend you over. I think it is absurd how expensive cable is.

I have no doubt the developer is making money from Entouch. Developers are so shady. I have had dealings with them and mud districts. It is one big game. Lots of apartment complexes would use small cable providers like phonoscope. No clue if the are around anymore. Now to my knowledge they can't do that anymore. I thought some law was passed that you can use any provider you want.

So, if this is a must pay in your HOA. Why pay for something twice? Why pay an extra 150 a month for something you have already paid for even if it is inferior.

Apartment complexes still have the right to choose what providers can provide service to their residents. However for the big companies like Comcast and AT&T they cannot sign an exclusive contract giving the apartment complex the right to allow multiple providers if they choose too.

People always seem to think cable is expensive so let's break it down. Say just the TV portion is $100 a month not including the internet and phone if you bundle. $100 is even probably a little high. That is only $3.33 per day for typically upwards of 200 channels. As far at entertainment what can you do for $3.33. You can't even go to a movie, a night out at bar, a museum visit ect ect. Now some people will say I don't watch 200 channel. So let's go conservative and say you really only watch 10 channels, that is only $0.33 a day per channel.

We have Entouch for cable & internet and have no issues. This may or may not have something to do with the fact that we live about 100 yds (if that!) from the Entouch hub in Sienna.

My parents have the bundle package and their issues are mainly with the antiquated billing system. It is time-consuming to sort out especially when first activated. There were so many fees we weren't made aware of and there is nothing on paper nor internet-based to help navigate the system (something you kind of need as a way of explaining things to the elderly!!!).

We are in the process of upgrading their security over to Guardian Security which is all digital/wi-fi based.

Entouch sucks! They have bad customer service. They security system always needs service. They charge you $50 for service if the tech shows up with out a call to fix the alarm system. Bad bad customer service. Supervisors are rude along with the staff. I dont recommend this company.

Unbelievably bad. No service for several days. No answer on the phone. No recording explaining why the service is down. No posting anywhere explaining. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced by any company for any service.
