Okay guys! One year warranty on the home is about to expire, should I get someone to do an inspection or is it a waste of time/money???

Travertine tile is beautiful but it's a headache. The tile guy came out today to take a lot at the cracks. He said this type of tile; it's normal to have this kind of issue. He also said to expect more cracks to show. No fix other than to fill in the cracks, guy was nice enough to refer me a brand of spackle and showed me how to do it.

In my community [Eagle Springs] is Hirem Bruno (hbruno@westin-homes.com) and Rebeca Slavin (RSlavin@westin-homes.com). you need to contact them at least 3 times a week. If no they will leave you in the drawer # 13
