Maybe he just doesn't want to know you in person Ethan. I mean I can understand him there.

SB is pretty into Houston and always has been but it's pretty crazy to makeup a job offer with Chevron so I doubt he's lying.

To the person who left me that reputation comment, I do miss the hills, but I find Houston to be more lush than what people give it credit for. It reminds me more of Mobile and Orlando than anything. Yea, the city is pretty flat.

There's one on Westheimer called Head'z Up. 12821 Westheimer Rd. I know you said you live in the energy corridor, so that shouldn't be too far from where you're at.

OK. Thank you. I know there would be black barbershops all over the Houston area, but I'm trying to find something a little closer in. I'm going to keep looking. I'll definitely keep that one in mind however.

If you're downtown there is a barbershop called Joe Lees. It is not a 'black barbershop', but there is a black barber there (also a Hispanic and Asian barber as well, JL covers his bases).

Thanks! I saw that one on the Internet. People here were telling me to go down Almeda or to Third Ward after work. That's an option, but I do want to have one closer to me when I'm off.

People also recommended places off Highway 6 (north of 10) and West Little York.
