Moving to Texas for a job in downtown Houston. Planning to live in the Woodlands. Do you use the Woodlands Express bus to commute to downtown? If yes, what is your average commute time each way? Please share what station you use.
Thanks!!

My co-worker says it takes at least an hour, but that was pre-construction. She also catches it very early (the closer you to rush hour you ride, the longer it'll take.)

Have a friend that used to take the bus daily and said it usually took well over an hour, sometimes more.

He drives in now.

It was an hour back in 2006.. I imagine its more now. The suck is you have to take a cab home for emergencies during the middle of the day. It's a "company store" shuttle.

I would imagine that it's faster than regular non-paying traffic during rush hour on the North Freeway (IH 45) but might be slower than the Hardy Toll Road, which of course, charges a toll.

To avoid traffic it's best to leave for work at 4 am and come home at midnight.
