Go to Solutions in Bellaire at 5427 Bissonnet. They'll sell you what you need.

Treating your unit will do nothing for the problem until they treat the source. Sounds like you'd be better off moving to something cleaner.

Sounds like your neighbors roach bombed their places. Rids roaches by killing or sending them to other apartments.

Unfortunately I was in the same position you are in. The good news is there IS solution without packing up and leaving. As another poster said, sometimes when a nearby unit is bombed some will die and some will evacuate through the walls to the next unit. Here's what to do....
Step 1. Have your apartments bomb your unit as well. Have them actually bomb the unit, not just spray it.
Step 2. Most importantly go to ACE Hardware and purchase "Roach Prufe". I swear by this stuff and so do others. You might be able to skip step 1 all together. Read the reviews for tips and YouTube Roach Prufe. [LINK]http://www.amazon.com/Copper-Brite-16-Ounce-Discontinued-Manufacturer/product-reviews/B000BOI3HM[/LINK]

It does take time but it WORKS.
