I think I will need to live apartments or high rise Condo in Houston, TX.
I am looking for Apartments which is built of Concrete-cement, not Wood, where are these kind of Condominium or APTs in Houston? ( the main reason is less floor noizy than wooden made APT)
Hopefully around westside, or katy...

Hi there... I rarely see apartments/condos/homes built with concrete in our area. They do exist but there aren't a lot of them. Usually, strip malls are built with concrete. You should probably contact a realtor.

Metropole apartments, it's a rehabbed office building so floors should be good. Check out the windsor at memorial too, but I dont know about the floors there.

WaterWall Place by the Galleria is one that I know of. The converted lofts downtown generally are because they are historic buildings. Highrise apartments will have concrete floors. If you are looking at mid-rise (4 floors), then stick-built apartments are the norm.

We don't build apartments with concrete. They are all built with wood and some steel. Concrete will only be in midrises and highrises. Well done apartments are not bad as far as noise. I used to live in a highrise and it was silent. Then again it was basically a hospice. Old people don't move around a lot. There are no highrises or midrises on the west side. They are all in the loop and in the galleria area. Maybe around town and country? You are going to pay a ton more in rent.
