Plausible:
Dowtown/TMC
Downtown/Greenway
Uptown/Greenway
Energy Corridor/Memorial City
Westheimer/Energy Corridor/Memorial City

Highly Unlikely:
The Woodlands/Greenspoint (Exon Campus could change this)

Downtown/TMC... I'm pretty positive this will happen sooner than we could imagine.

I'm thinking the same thing.... I'm wondering do they have any additional High-rises apartments or buildings on the Horizon. The Mosaic was a start. Lot's of room On Almeda to build up commercially.

I just wish we could do something with all those freeways closing in downtown.

Anyways, I second the TMC and Downtown.

Downtown/Greenway
Uptown/Greenway
Energy Corridor/Memorial City

Unlikely IMO because of extensive high-dollar, single-family residential between each of these two areas.

With the exception of the Mac Haik lot and the Goode&Company/officeMax complex, CityCentre (which has enough O&G to be the EC), is about to come together,as they are busting down 80's low rises at a rampant pace . Literally they are about a 1/4mile apart now.

I agree! On my yearly trek to Houston I am always shocked at how much of my childhood has been knocked down. I remember when Memorial City Mall was gross and Town and Country Mall was an eerie 3 story ghost town.

I say Uptown/Greenway Plaza simply because of the shorter distance. Many of the developments off between Greenway and Uptown are mixed use (like High Street). My bets are on this area.
