Moderator cut: off topic

Yeah, the Bammel area has never been Champions. The only area south of 1960 I'd consider to be Champions is Greenwood Forest. And even that isn't so hot nowadays.

How is traffic from Champions to Downtown?

Depends on what time of day. My wife works downtown and her commute is about 45-55 minutes from Champions. That is using the park and ride for ease/comfort. Its probably about 10 minutes shorter if she just drove all the way and didn't park and get on a bus.

Also, during weekends and other non-commute times, it can actually be closer to about 35 minutes.

Its one of the original commuter suburbs. I would say well over half of my neighbors commute downtown.
