Let’s assume that I assumed, since people love assumptions. Montrose is weird. I live in this area not only because it’s convenient, but also because I like a little weirdness.

I am also a nice person. I help people...who are helpable. In this case it was no go.

Lastly, I like to buck stereotypes as well. I’m a 26-year-old, athletic black guy who used to run track. And maybe I figured I could take on an old lady if she came at me?

Besides, it was only a few blocks away.

Hey, it worked pretty well when I posted it to Facebook, but I do market research though, so I know it may not appeal to the City-Data demographic. So sorry you were offended. I just try to make people laugh.

I love it!
Well you probably reminded her of a summer fling back in 1970 when she was 16. Civil Rights was passed but Houston is still the south and maybe mom and dad we're still struggling and not ready but being young she embraced the hippie life undercover and shared a few liplocks with a young brown brother with a nice zipper under the Houston night sky one night way back when and never told a soul about her dip in a different pond.

And today while drunk she had a flashback

Default Ha... here is one...

I was at El Real for lunch about four months ago... on Montrose Mondays, if you live in the Montrose zip codes, you get all food for 1/2 off..., but anyway, I was there treating my co-worker for lunch, we were on the patio, then we see this black dude walking by on the Hay Merchant side of the street towards that Slick Willies, and the dude's pants are so low, his a s s is haning all out!

Then about a month ago, my wife was outside bringing in groceries in the late afternoon, and then she comes in and tells me this creep was walking down the street with NO pants, butt naked. I asked him if he was black and short hair, and she said yes. I know, I know... they don't all look the same, but you get the irony.

Yes, Montrose is still weird. I told her maybe the it was one of those tranniess high on something.
