Interesting. Agree with some, not so much with others.

BTW, Beachtown is in Galveston, not Houston.
And Telfair does not have its own baseball team. Sugar Land does. And if the stadium is in any neighborhood, that would be Imperial.

West U , Bellaire, Seabrook , Sugarland, The Woodlands, Champions and a couple of others are not in Houston either, so I guess they meant the Houston area.....

Well...technically no, but you could literally throw a rock & land in Houston.

Some of those on the list are not actual neighborhoods but a suburb. There's definitely some nice neighborhoods on that list. Katy Creek Ranch? Lol, how much did their developer pay the writer to be included on that list, especially since they're the only Katy neighborhood to make the list. There's a reason those homes start in the 190's.

The near Northside sounds too , well, badass ? They're looking to sell houses not preserve historical monikers

I also think the "near northside" is a more general term that includes many neighborhoods, Northside Village being one of them.

This is a prime example on how a developer will pay a writer to promote the neighborhood.....Katy Creek Ranch? really????
