Also those triple pane windows in the model are wonderful. You cannot hear the construction or the plane noises once inside that house.
By Sept/Oct did you take it that construction will be ready to go, or they will begin preselling at that time?

tstone : The windows do not have any kind of "coke bottle" feel to them. They are pretty slim for 3 panes but they have accommodated the extra pane and there is still a good size window sill.

flip326: I believe they will have the roads paved in the 55' section and the sites ready.

Why not just call the Trendmaker sales office at Clear Lake?

Unfortunately no one ever calls back. The one time I got someone to pickup the phone was with an assistant who didn't provide answers.

Since the model is now open, why not stop by? Martin is usually there and he will answer all questions.

For those that are interested in the 55' section, I found out today that Ryland Homes will be the other builder in that size product. I am not sure if it will be the Concerto product or not, but they will be building with Trendmaker, very similar to the Cinco Ranch Bandera Glen community in which their model is next to Trendmaker's.

Cinco Ranch - New Homes in Katy, TX 77494 | Ryland Homes

If not Concerto, more than likely the Ryland floorplans will be the same as Cinco linked above. I have already confirmed that the all the 55' trendmaker products from Riverstone and Cinco Bandera will be at the reserve.

Update: after checking, the Concerto floorplans are the same as 55' plans but after some digging, I did find the energy efficiency rating of the Concerto's were a bit higher, along with the price tag. Must be better insulation materials and windows, etc.

I believe this is a requirement in clear lake due to higher wind requirements.

If I had a choice between Trendmaker and Ryland, I'd jump on Trendmaker hands down..

Just a much better house.
