I concur that there is not a lot of advertisement or information on this development considering the fact that it is supposed to start selling in a few months. That seems odd to me. I am constantly checking to see if there will be additional information. They could at least provide some information on price ranges at this point.

I asked Mr. Hockenberry with trendmaker (was victory lakes now in Harborwalk) about the Reserve. He said Trendmaker still does not have pricing or floorplan info for the neighborhood. I also find this a bit odd that nothing is available for us that are waiting to start planning for. I am wondering at this point if fall 2014 is going to become early 2015. I drove by there yesterday.. They have dug up more for streets/infrastructure, but I don't see how they would have a model home up by October or November like I was originally thinking they would at the beginning of the year. Maybe they will do a presale as I have seen other newer neighborhoods do recently. Not sure.

I think it is odd too. I wish they would go ahead and let us know the pricing because at one point we hear $200s and then we hear $300s. One article stated that the homes would go up to one million and then the proposal to the city stated it would be up to $500k. Price matters. I had pretty much made up my mind that nothing would be built until 2015, which is not ideal for me but there is nothing I can do. I am hopeful that we start to see some sort of communication/advertisements soon. I am really interested in knowing who the other builders will be.

I seriously doubt there will be anything in the $200s in that area. Not with today's home prices and in that area.

The way prices are increasing how could they give pricing... That would be a big business mistake. Labor and material continue to increase. Smart for Builders to wait on pricing until they know when they can start and what their cost will be at that time.

Not looking forward to a HEB . Was hoping for Whole food or something organic.
or would rather have ALDI. There's already a HEB on Bay Are near by.

If I were to venture a guess as far as other builders and price ranges estimated, I would say it would probably be the likes of Highland Homes, Newmark, and possibly Westin or Village Builders. Those builders tend to build in trendmaker neighborhoods. I have a friend in the ranks of Perry and he tells me they have no plans to build in Clear Lake.

I am personally hoping that Westin builds there and that they have the floor plan I want. I heard from one of their sales reps that they have been in discussions with Trendmaker. I hope we find out something soon and we can all stop playing the guessing game.

I have never seen Westin in a Trendmaker Development Community. The other ones mentioned above all have built in Trendmaker Development Communities including Perry.
