Has anyone purchased a house here yet? My clients are looking at purchasing in the community, but still have not made a decision since they still need to sell their home in Colorado. The incentives you are asking about are they on 70' or 80' product and are they on to be built homes or current inventory? The neighborhood is great and the area is growing. Public school are good with great ratings.
