Can anyone give me details on the area south of Sawdust and east of Sawmill. I think it's Grogans Mill, not sure. We are looking at rentals in that area.

Also if anyone can recommend any good areas that are in the College Park High boundaries it would be greatly appreciated.

Sawdust is a transitional neighbor (older, hodge-podge of businesses) of The Woodlands, where the transition has turned increasingly positive in the last year or so (proximity of Exxon development, Interstate 45, and the build-out of The Woodlands. Make sure you steer clear of the sewage processing plant just north of Sawdust.

That's pretty tight. You may be able to get a smaller(1500 sq ft or less) 3 bedroom house with that budget. All of Grogan's Mill is zoned to College Park High School. Grogan's Mill would be the least expensive. The Village of Panther Creek is also an option. I believe most of that Village is zoned to College Park.

Sewage Plant YIKES!! The places we are looking at are just south of Sawdust and just east of Sawmill.

We found some good size in our budget in Grogans Mill. I am concerned because it looks old and in Phoenix old usually means not so good! Where is The Village of Panther Creek located?

Grogan's Mill is the oldest village. Your budget will probably get an older, outdated home. You are renting so it's not like you are bound to it for a long period of time.

Could the area I'm looking at be High Oaks? I just saw that on a different map.

High Oaks in in Grogan's Mill. Nothing wrong with it. It is just older(relatively speaking).
