Good schools I will say West U area, Klein ISD, Cypress ISD FAR WEST, Stafford is good and small, and Sugar Land, Alief isd I wil say so so

Hmmm, I think I would have to recommend Sugar Land as well. I make that commute from the Cy-Fair area to the Fondren/Beechnut & 59 area every day. It costs me $5/day for the tolls, plus if you're coming from Hwy 249 in Tomball, I believe there is an added toll to get onto the tollway FROM 249. I do know the traffic on the north part of the tollway heading east seems to stack up in the afternoons/evenings.

To the OP, I definitely agree with the other posters and would recommend you take a look at the Sugar Land area and maybe Stafford.

I don't know that I could make it all the way to the Klein/Tomball area in under 40 minutes though, even with my early schedule. It takes me that long to get back and forth to Cy-Fair and I'm not going as far as the Klein/Tomball area.
