I was quoted $3400 for a total system. Is that reasonable? Would I be better off getting a water softener and the reverse osmosis for the kitchen sink for drinking water? Does anyone have the Haque Water Max System? If so is my quoted price reasonable?

Just curious? Where did you get that quote? I purchased the Haque system about 15 months ago for $2800. It's a great system! We love having it.

$3400 buys an awful lot of bottled water or am I missing something?

The quote is for a complete water softener and whole house water filter for drinkable water. AWS is the company.

I suggest you do not buy it or anything else until you fully understand why you need it, what it actually is, what it does, how it does it and you can explain all that to someone else and you compare the price to the same thing from someone else and then other choices that solves the problems you have with your water.

Is it RWS? Because that's the same company I purchased it from. Maybe the prices have gone up...but I don't think it should be that much.

Yes sorry RWS. Did you get the water softener and all the tap water filtered for drinking? He told us the price went down to $3400.
