The south side of I-10 always retains property values better and if you have school age kids, the schools are generally better. This is a proven fact from Spring Branch to Katy. Location is always the driving factor in Real Estate.

I too am considering the move and am heavily lean towards purchasing a Perry home. The idea of having schools in the community and quick access to 99 is proving to be a deal closer.

Has anybody purchased and moved to this community recently ? Please share your experiences. We are planning to buy in that community.

I dont live there but live in a neighboring community. Positives are schools are walking distance. I know people that live there and everyone seems nice. Negatives were Perry Homes pulled out of that community so we didnt buy there.
