Question regarding new subdivision community called the Groves in Atascocita.

Does anyone know if they are going to come with a pool for residents and what schools it will be zoned to?

I found the answer. I am not sure why it would be zoned to Ridge Creek through. I saw an article that said they were setting aside land for two schools. I am sure that would take some time.

Per their social media person:
Yes there will be a community pool in The Groves. Phase I is zoned for Eagle Springs Elementary and future phases are currently zoned for Ridge Creek Elementary.

I'm not sure what it currently would zone to, but I know they've planned to open an elementary, middle, and high school with Humble ISD all within the community eventually. If you take a look at their site's master plan, it shows where the proposed sites would be. I'm pretty sure they'll have a standard pool/rec center area that come with almost all mpc developments.
