Hi all, I'm a newcomer to the area and work at TMC.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone can verify whether parking on El Paseo St is free or I have to pay somewhere?

Thank you very much and you all have a wonderful day!

TMC parking is expensive so people like you have found El Paseo parking an option. I used to park there 5 years ago and it's free. Expect it to fill up around 8:30 am but it might be earlier as they've built more work buildings since I left TMC. If you are late, you'll park closer to Almeda Road and walk further. Please park courteously. Pull up close to the next car. Houston drivers aren't in a good mood after a long drive in traffic and possibly running late and then see wasted space in between parallel parked cars. You should also have a backup plan in case El Paseo parking is full.
