Does anyone have any information on this project? The map shows it is north of 10 and west of Grand Parkway. The website has it listed as Seven Oaks Village. It says phase 1 fall 2015. This is a separate development from the Katy Boardwalk. Below is part of the Hutchens Mote website. The website has has some pictures

I would like to hear more too. I know the hospital is expanding and it seems this will tie into it since it lists medical offices.

Comparing the photo to google earth, this development appears to be going in at the NW corner of Franz Rd and Katy Ft Bend Rd. Checking records on HCAD.org did not reveal new owner.

I think you mean northeast corner. The picture shows it between the storage place and apartment buildings.

I agree; I feel like the land along I-10 near the Grand Parkway intersection near the hospital will be so much more valuable in the years to come.
