Guess you've never seen the homeless people in Midtown rolled up against the side of a building, sleeping on one piece of cardboard and covering up with another. For them, spending the night under a parklet bench would be almost luxurious.

If panhandlers are "dedicated" enough to be outside in the daytime these days, who wouldn't sleep there?
