This one is going to be on the opposite end of Market Square Park from the Hines apartment tower. And it'll most likely feature ground floor retail facing the park, which would mean that Market Square will be faced with retail on 3 sides (no idea if the office tower being built on the south end of the park will also have retail).

I am always happy to see downtown grow. I have to admit the design is pretty boring. Though most cities don't have amazing architecture in every building.

Apparently it's almost an exact copy of One Park Place, which happens to overlook another downtown park, lol.

And honestly, most lay people (like me) wouldn't know or care what good architecture is if you dropped it on top of our heads. All we know is the bigger it is, the better! Like picking a watermelon at the supermarket.

It's just nice to see another building pop up! Hehe

Good news is that another parking lot is biting the dust. The design though is boring.

I don't think that the design is bad. It may look better once built.

I don't think it looks bad, it's just not all that interesting.

I'm glad to see it going up.

Is that one of those overhang pools up top?
