Sometimes I think we should refer them to places that it really costs $200,000 and a less than 30 minute commute. It will have a transitional vibe with terrible schools.

Then there are the ones who have to live in one particular suburb, even though their commute will be an hour on a good traffic day. Pure Torture. But...they don't mind they had an hour and a half commute wherever they are from.

Also the whole "which specific school is the best in the entire Houston area". I am very familiar with AliefISD, HISD, KATYISD, and SBISD. The others I am clueless beyond CD. We can tell you what the good campuses are, but comparisons are not easy or accurate in most cases.

I think it would be good to also inform folks looking just how quickly prices have risen and what areas are expected that rapid increase to continue.
Maybe a list of what areas are likely to encounter a bidding war so they can be prepared as well as ensure their realtor can handle that process.
