I just moved to Pearland and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good company to install a sprinkler system. Also, if anyone has any estimates of how much it would cost that would be great! Thanks!

Cost will depend on several factors, mainly the size of your yard. I used these guys a few years back with zero complaints.

We used Louden's Sprinkler, Landscape Lighting, and Mosquito Misting - Home*********************** ************************* ************* * * * * * * * * * 281-890-1737 for our install years ago, and so did probably half of our street! The owner is a UT engineering graduate. His crew worked carefully on the yard and did our install with 9 zones in a little over 1/2 a day, and you could barely even tell they disturbed the grass. Ours was about $260 per zone, but I'm sure they have gone up since it was several years ago. Our setup has worked well for us. I know they concentrate in the NW area, but can do installs city wide, so you could call and ask about it.

Don't go with the cheapest outfit. I chose a co. that was not the cheapest but def. not the most. While they did do a good enough job I now see things that should've been better. Your grass should not be left to rot, uprooted much or torn apart where trenched. Nozzle heads should not sink too far below grade, even-steven. Make sure they maintain a proper grade and not tear up from trenching. English, understanding the technician is important. The company owner was American but I never saw him just his help who didn't speak English or barely did.

DO NOT USE LOUDENS. I'm trying to warn everyone I can. They do not honor their warranty and will ignore you after installation.
