Why am I not surprised.... O wait, I let me emotions get the best of me and I've punched a pig in the face, probably several years in prison for that.

But hey "Angela Horton, 36, wants the public to remember that police officers have to make split-second decisions in ever-changing and dangerous situations", and she will probably be back on the streets tripping on power.

But this was not split second but just simple POWER TRIP, "A KTRK-Channel 13 helicopter crew was recording the encounter as Horton walked up to the group. The officer stopped in front of the handcuffed suspect and punched him in the face"

You gotta hate when the eye in the sky can see everything. No wonder them pigs will arrest anyone filming anything related to their actions....

This is so disgusting!! I cannot believe you people are doing this and being so disgustingly rude!! How can you possibly compare such a kind and beautiful animal with these disgusting specimens of "humans"?!

Look at that and see how cute it is! Don't denigrate it by comparing it to human garbage!!!

Here's why people hate cops: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2011/...20079838.shtml

Putting on a badge automatically restricts cranial blood flow.

eh, i would have punched that mf-er too. the scumbag is a criminal. he robbed a store. he aint ever gonna be better, and he is an a-hole. yall dont know the type. they are like robotic machines when it comes to evil. to them, kindness is weakness. they know absolutely no respect for anythingor anyone around them, and especially to anyone being civilised with them.

look at that scumbag chad holly. he turns around and rips some old lady's purse 2 weeks after the beatdown for thieving a storage unit.

these cops are only trying to do their jobs, and in this town that means stomping out the weeds so you aint got to go back and spend so much time, money, and energy on the same issue that just wont go away and just keeps giving the same grief.

of course if we didnt have predatory, corrupt, and capitalist policing practices, so-called understaffing, our defacto caste system, and all that other bs wouldnt be such an issue either, but i digress ...

i commend these cops for speaking to that animal in the only language he can understand.

What bothers me more than the female LEO punching a handcuffed suspect is that the other two male LEOs physically did nothing to protect the suspect. They act like nothing happened. Once you physically restrain someone that person is no longer able to defend themselves. If falls upon the restrainer to offer some level of protection.

The way they all act is seems that this is not a rare occurrence.

hulksmashpunyhumans, what if in the process of chasing a thief the police accidentally grab you instead. You comply with police commands. They handcuff and beat you. They claim that they never beat you but that you fell. You are left with injuries and a medical bill that you must pay. How would you feel then?

But I'm sure that would NEVER happen because your common sense tells you it wouldn't.
