Price range? Look in deer park or in the pasadena area apts. that would zoned to deer park. Try the preserve at Baywood.

Deer Park has better schools than Pasadena and the commute is about the same - they bump boundaries and some of the new sections are zoned to the same school. Next closest would be Clear Lake - commute would vary depending on where you moved but all in all, not a bad commute. League city would be the longest commute out of your choices. Again commute would depend upon where in League City. I am guessing it could be 12-18 miles - depending on where point A and where point B is from League City. Not a bad commute but a lot of traffic lights which can back up.

The cheapest rent house available right now in Clear Lake is 50 years old and $1,400. The rest are $1,600-$4,000; most are around $2,000.

For 900 you can try looking at the park at fairmont apartments, maybe broadstone. The preserve at Baywood is a newer complex and looks fairly nice but price may be higher than 900. Also clearpoint crossing which is in between clear lake and Pasadena but I believe will be higher than 900 but never hurts to check.

Personally, I'd try to find something north of 10 if possible.
