I am having so much trouble trying to decide what I should keep and what I should not.

I have a studio which really only cost me 550 a month but also had an opportunity to have an apartment just one block over for 995 a month and I'm really confused as to what I should hold onto but nevertheless something else to go.

I own my own home it's in the country and I was waiting to get it refinanced, but I didn't think that it was going to go through so I went ahead and rented a two bedroom two bath apartment in the city next to my office. Well the thing is is that my loan did manage to go through.

So now I have the two bedroom two bath apartment or the one room studio and I'm not sure which one I should key but the cost is killing me having all three places

What would you do

Thanks

Where is your studio located? I'll be happy to occupy it since apartment lease will be ending soon.
