We are purchasing a new home in Graystone Hills, 3500 sq ft, 1/2 acre lot, perfect in every way with all the upgrades and more....we will be moving there in 2 years (tax purposes) so we need to lease it out until then. How do we go about securing a lease tenant for this time? I have heard that there are many companies in the Houston/Woodlands/Conroe area that hire contract executive consultants, which would be perfect, but I do not know where to start finding them..We are on the west side of I-45, off Longmire Rd,
about 15 minutes from the Woodlands Mall. We plan on leasing it for about
$2600 give or take. It will be available by the end of April 08. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
