I know Whole Foods Champions had dandelions recently, within last few weeks. I remember especially because they had no cilantro or serranos but dandelion greens... yes.

Try the farmers market on Eastside and Richmond. Not saying i've seen it there, but it's worth a try.

I frequently buy organic dandelion greens from the HEB on dunlavy between Richmond and W Alabama in Montrose.

Maybe the new Whole Foods in Galleria or the newer Whole Foods in Montrose. There's probably some specialty stores in West U Rice Village area, but I don't know any specifically.
