I am building a new home with Perry and I am planning to get the pre-sheet rock inspection done next week. Suggest some affordable home inspection companies around Houston area.

Thanks

Used Chuck Evans with Homecert after seeing several stellar reviews from people on this site and I couldn't be happier. Chuck is absolutely amazing at what he does.

We're in the process of building as well...am going to give him a call to see if he services the New Caney area. Going to look up some reviews on them, thanks.

Brent Turnage with Texan Inspection inspected our house (built in late 60s) and my mother's new build. He's very thorough.

+1 for Chuck. And do the walkthrough with him. You'll learn a lot.

I got a quote from Chuck just now. His reviews are great but his prices are high as well.

Do you really want to skimp on a home inspection in order to save a few dollars?

I went with Chuck too but could have gotten someone else for cheaper. His inspection ended up being fixes by the seller worth about 1300$. Happy that I went with him.
