If I have to be in downtown by 8:45 am, what time should I leave? I live near highway 6 and west belfort.

You are somewhat between the 59 and the Westpark Toll Road. The WTR seems to be a little more congested, so I would suggest the 59. Most days, it should take you a little under an hour with traffic at that time. If there is an accident, then it could add an additional 30 minutes or more.

There's a Metro Park & Ride at 59 & West Belfort, which should take you about 10-15 minutes to get there from hwy 6 & west belfort. After that the bus ride to downtown will be approx 25-40 minutes depending on traffic.
